Belated

This sweet girl turned one last month. We had a big party that she loved. And that I loved. And that cake was DELICIOUS. 

So here are some things about my one-year-old girl.

• She's not walking yet, but she's close.
• She loves to eat, and loves milk now that she's old enough to have it. But she refuses to chew her food. We have to make sure that all the pieces are small enough for her to swallow. And up until last week, she refused to feed herself. She insisted that we put the food in her mouth, or she would pick it up and throw it on the floor. Thankfully, she's starting to figure it out.
• Her laugh is hilarious, and she laughs a lot.
• She has a bubble and makes sure the boys know if they are too close.
• She'd rather play with Peter's Ninja Turtles than her dolls. Which is fine, because Squish has taken most of them anyway.
• She LOVES to climb all over the place.
• She sneaks into the backyard pool when I'm not looking. Don't worry, it's always empty unless I'm out there.
• She's a light sleeper, but goes back to sleep quickly after a little cuddle.
• She's a mama's girl and rarely will go to anyone else. Sometimes it's obnoxious, but most of the time, I love it.
