Eight!!

So Peter is eight. EIGHT! I can't figure out when that happened! Remember that happy, always smiling baby that I used to have? Well he's eight now.

For his party, he insisted on only three friends so that they could play football on the play station. So we started the party at the bowling alley, and then came back for video games, and (surprise it was warm enough) football in the yard. He's a Seahawks fan, probably because his best friend is. But we accept him the way he is. ;)

But the thing he was most excited for, was joining cub scouts. Our church pack waits until kids are 8 before letting them start wolves. And Peter's birthday was the day before the pinewood derby. Really exciting for him, not so much for us. Those cars are kind of a pain. But he LOVED it.
