Just a few things about my stay-at-home buddies:
- Baby girl actually sleeps in. Something none of my boys have ever really done.
- She sucks on two fingers to calm herself.
- She screams so loud it sounds like someone is being murdered when she wants something.
- She sits in her bouncer just staring at me, waiting for me to look at her. And when I do, a huge grin spreads across her beautiful face. Yeah. I don't get much done.
- She loves her brothers, until they touch her. She loves it when they talk to her and smile at her, but if they touch her too much, we get that crazy scream I was talking about.
- Squish has many of his own words that make me happy. Owaffle (Olaf), shark knives (sharp knives), Mary Popcorn (Poppins), and a beautiful (a rainbow).
- He uses blankets as capes and walks around the house singing, "Let it go." What is it about that song?
- He calls all of the baby stuff in the house, girl stuff. It's a girl bath and a girl bed and girl diapers.
- Speaking of diapers, he insists that Caroline has an opinion about which one she wants, usually the cookie monster one. And he freaks out when I use the wrong one.
- He has grown very possessive of his stuff since baby arrived. It's cute . . . most of the time.
