We had other plans as well, but they were thrown out the window and forgotten in light of the earthquake. I'll admit I freaked out a little bit a lot, but in my defense, I have very vivid memories of the earthquake in Santa Cruz in '89. I'm glad that Mike was here when that happened. And I'm glad Jimmy and Amy were at home. I don't know how I would have reacted had I been here alone with four children. Now if the aftershocks would just stop so I can relax a bit.

Oh my goodness...I didn't even think about you being where the earthquake was...how scary! I hope you are doing ok. Do you know when you are coming home? I need an ice cream buddy! For sure I'll invite you to a toy party!!! We are going to have a blast!!! Hope all is well for you and your family :)
You always have such beautiful photos on your blog. Looks like a fun Easter. Just remember that people are usually safe in modern buildings during earthquakes. I know it is scary, though.
I have never been in an earthquake, and while I admit to being mildly curious about the what it's like, I hope to never experience it. How terrifying! I'm glad to hear that you guys are okay.
