I've been meaning to do something new- maybe post all my pictures from New Orleans and Christmas, but seeing as how my computer and my camera cord are in storage, we'll just have to wait on that one.
But because I've had a couple of people mention that I need to update, I'll do a quick one. As of today, we have everything in for our home loan and it looks great. We'll be closing on Friday, but may not be able to move in until Monday. We are super excited, but also a little nervous. We're hoping we don't move in to find a million things wrong that we never noticed. We'll be paying very close attention this Thursday when we do a final walk through.
As for us, we're doing well. Mike likes his new job, Charlie misses him like crazy, and I'm just here . . . in limbo . . . waiting to be able to move into the house so I have something productive to do. I'm reading a Don Aslett book, "Clutter's Last Stand" hoping to motivate myself to throw stuff away as I'm unpacking it all. It's my New Year's Resolution- to dejunk my life.
